  From the Redbridge roundabout on the A406(North Circular) follow theA12 west, taking the slip road for Wanstead. At the lights (the George Inn) continue ahead along Cambridge Park Road. Turn left at the next lights into Blake Hall Road. After the first set of lights on the left (opposite the tennis courts) is a small entrance to a wooded area (X). This is Wanstead Park. There are other entrances at A, B (from Wanstead Park Road crossing a bridge over the A406) and C.
